  This position is with providing management to all levels of the beverage department and will assist with actively supervising, coaching, counseling, directing, training and mentoring beverage team in meeting and exceeding quality standards, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Food Court Team Member (Food & Beverage)

  This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service by accurately and efficiently processing guest’s food and beverage purchases. Responsible for preparing all types of hot and cold food items in the Food Court. Assists in the preparation of all types of food items in the Food Court venues under close supervision.  The team member performs duties related to the preparation of food and beverage items prepared in the Food Court outlets, under the direction of the Food Court Manager and/or Supervisor, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

  This position is responsible for the protection of the enterprise, its assets, employees and guests, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Poker Chip Runner/Cashier (Table Games)

  This position provides guest relations and services to guests desiring to sign up for and participate in a card game. This position is also responsible for conducting monetary transactions and accounting for completed transactions, by personally performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Players Club Supervisor (Sales & Marketing)

  This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the players club representatives as well as overseeing all patron activities dealing with player development membership by maintaining excellent internal and external customer service by completing the following task personally or through subordinate staff.

• Carpet & Hard Floor Technician (Internal Only) (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position is responsible for cleaning the carpets and hard floor areas within the casino facilities.

• Valet Supervisor (Internal Only) (Transportation)

  This position supervises valet personnel to ensure safe, effective, and efficient parking and retrieval of patron vehicles.

• Food Runner (Internal and GRIC Members Only) (Chefs/Kitchen)
