The Table Games Dealer is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons of our casino while dealing various table games. Duties include welcoming guests to the table, handling buy-ins and payoff transactions and dealing assigned table games while adhering to the established department policies and procedures. Effectively communicates with managers and staff, verifies fills, credits and chip amounts issued and notifies floor supervisors of any game irregularities with regards to transactions or customer play. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $16.28/hr + tokes. Hourly wage increases based on games you can deal.
The Fry Cook position is responsible for supporting the food and beverage department by preparing and cooking food for casino guests. Additional duties include performing prep work, assist with line cooking, organizes walk in storage and keeps work area clean and orderly. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. The position starts at $18.54/hr and increases to the standard $19.70/hr at completion of a 90-day orientation period.
The Line Cook is responsible for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner to order. Additional duties include assisting with prep work, handles routine daily cleaning, trains new line staff and assists with scheduling. Contributes to the casino’s high standards of superior guest service and performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $22.59/hr, increasing to the standard $24.92/hr at successful completion of a 90-day orientation period.
The Employee Dining Server is responsible for providing internal guest service to employees of the casino. Duties include serving employee meals in the employee dining room, pulling food from warmers, testing food for proper temperature settings, cutting fruits and vegetable and ensuring the foods are stocked and replenished at all times. Additional duties are to ensure the kitchen area is kept neat and clean at all times while promoting a positive work environment. Performs additional job duties as assigned by department manager. Starts at $17.96/hr and increases to $18.54/hr with successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes for various dining outlets of the casino. Additional duties include understanding department procedures and functions, rinses and washes dishes, pots and pans while using a commercial dishwasher. The Asian Cuisine Deli Cook is responsible for cooking Asian cuisine dishes to order while providing superior guest service by ensuring the quality of food. Duties include preparation and cooking of all Asian dishes according to established recipes, handles routine cleaning, assists in organizing the walk-ins and storage areas, helps with keeping work area neat, clean and organized. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $18.54/hr increasing to $19.70/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

The Extra Board Hostess/Cashier is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the casino restaurants while providing exceptional guest service. Additional duties include maintaining reservations, assigning tables to service staff, calculating daily receipts, finding suitable seating for guests and keeping the hostess area stocked and cleaned at all time. Performs additional duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $16.53/hr increasing to $17.10/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.
The Extra Board Barback assists bartending staff while performing barback duties. Duties include providing superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor, provideing relief assistance to bar staff when needed, stocking beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice and dry goods and assisting with keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
The Part Time Showroom Usher is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons while they are attending events in our casino showroom. Duties include assists guests with seating, attends to any guest questions or disputes and resolves problems in accordance with casino policies and procedures as directed. Works closely with internal departments in a positive and professional manner, takes direction from Showroom Coordinator as needed and ensures guests have a pleasurable experience. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department director. This position starts at $16.81/hr and moves to the standard $17.39/hr after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period.
