Enterprise Rancheria Gaming Commission
The Enterprise Rancheria Gaming Commission (“ERGC”), is the tribal gaming regulatory agency responsible for regulating and monitoring all gaming activities occurring within the lands of the Enterprise Rancheria Estom Yumeka Maidu (“Tribe” or “Tribal”). The Commission, through its Commissioners and staff, conducts oversight to ensure compliance with federal, tribal and state laws and regulations.
The Commission is the licensing authority for individuals employed in the gaming operation and is responsible for administering the background investigations as part of the licensing process. The Commission has a role in monitoring compliance with the internal control standards for the gaming operation and in tracking revenues. The Commission has the duty of inspecting and monitoring, on a continuous basis, all aspects of the gaming operation.
The Enterprise Rancheria Gaming Commission monitors the gaming activities of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain developed as a partnership between the Seminole Tribe of Florida, owners of Hard Rock International, and the Enterprise Rancheria Estom Yumeka Maidu Tribe. The new casino hotel will feature the latest in live music and entertainment, hospitality, world-class gaming and exceptional cuisine.
It will feature a hotel with multiple suite offerings, a large gaming facility with over 1,800 slot machine and table game positions, along with an outdoor pool and deck area, large meeting space and a great selection of bars and restaurants. The property also includes signature brand amenities like the Rock Shop and Body Rock fitness center. The casino-hotel is the product of Enterprise Rancheria.
