• Senior Director of Marketing (dual property) (Sales & Marketing)

  The Senior Director of Marketing is accountable for the successful operation of all Marketing including but not limited to Player Development, Database Marketing, Sales and Partnerships, and Special Events and Promotions for both Derby City Gaming properties in Louisville, KY. Develops a consistent and cohesive marketing plan, strategies and tactics for both Derby City Gaming & Hotel and Derby City Gaming Downtown.

• Regional Marketing Operations Supervisor (Sales & Marketing)

  Derby City Gaming & Hotel boasts over 1,300 of the latest games, two grab-n-go restaurants, Oliver’s steakhouse, Kentucky Derby-themed hotel and live music every weekend. The newly expanded Derby City Gaming & Hotel was voted one of the “Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville” by Louisville Business First.

• Prep Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount.

• Cage & Player Services Shift Manager (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for supervising the daily operation of Cage and Player Services.

• Bar Back (Food & Beverage)

  Assists with the setup and breakdown of bar side work and related projects.

• Gaming Host Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  Develops new VIP players by fostering strong relationships through in-person interaction, player events, personalized notes, follow-up phone calls, email, etc.

• Surveillance Operator (3pm-11pm) (Surveillance)

  The Surveillance Operator is responsible for observing all operational gaming and surrounding areas to report procedural infractions and criminal activity to the appropriate person/department.

• Kitchen Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for cleaning kitchen work areas and food service equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, washing work tables and walls, and overall kitchen cleanliness.

• Host - Oliver's Chophouse and Bourbon Bar (Food & Beverage)

  Greets on arrival and regards on departure to Guests visiting in a warm and inviting manner.

• Regional Marketing Specialist (Sales & Marketing)

• Security Shift Manager (Security)

  Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.

• Surveillance Operator (Surveillance)

  The Surveillance Operator is responsible for observing all operational gaming and surrounding areas to report procedural infractions and criminal activity to the appropriate person/department.

• Grill Cook - Oliver's Chophouse and Bourbon Bar (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Correctly uses broil station to prepare all proteins to specified temperatures in conjunction with seasoning standards.

• Cook - Oliver's Chophouse (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Ability to operate kitchen equipment, including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and griddles.

• Cage Cashier (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for all cash transactions with guests and answering guest questions in a courteous and professional manner.
