Under direct supervision of the Employee Relations Manager, is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures directly and indirectly related to Employee Relations. Assists with the administration of the drug-free workplace drug testing program, including record keeping and provider relations. Extensive interaction with departmental supervisors, managers, team members and public is required.
Under direct supervision of the Access Control Manager, installs, troubleshoots repairs and maintains the Access Control System, Electronic Key System, Locking Devices, Visitor Management System, and any other hardware related to the same, for the Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise.
Under direct supervision of the Surveillance Tech Supervisor, maintains and repairs all Surveillance systems equipment. Troubleshoots, keeping accurate repair logs, inventory, parts replacement, installation, proper use of tools and associated test equipment.
Under direct supervision of the Marketing Database Manager, is responsible for supporting and maintaining the execution and implementation of database strategies to maintain the security, integrity and precision of the database as it relates to all player reinvestment activities. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under direct supervision of the Lead Multi-Media Artist, designs and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs as well as creates art and copy layouts for material to be presented by other visual communications media.
Under direct supervision of the Food & Beverage Director, exhibits culinary talents by providing vision, personally performing tasks, leading and managing the staff in all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and team members’ satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervises food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency. Maintains extensive knowledge on menu development and completion. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Maintains a hygiene level above that required by the local health department and ensures that food sanitation, safety and proper food handling functions are practiced on a daily basis. Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all food preparation, food service and support areas as applicable. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law). Delivers the full range of A/V services offered to the Casino’s team members and guests through the exercise of independent judgment and the exercise of discretion. Troubleshoots technical issues and maintains a working knowledge of various product platforms. Designs and performs new system installs and upgrades to existing systems and components. Additional tasks include system maintenance, documentation, AV sales support and requirements requested by guests or directed by management.
