Under direct supervision of the Surveillance Supervisor, the Surveillance Lead Officer assists with supervising and overseeing the surveillance staff on assigned shifts. Protects the assets of the Casino property, guests and team members. Must possess excellent knowledge of all casino departments, including table games, slots, cage and soft count. Must possess excellent observational and communication skills. Must be able to identify and detect internal and external cheating, theft and advantage play techniques.

Works efficiently in a team-based environment and must follow Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws, TOGE alcohol training, as well as all Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) Internal Controls (ICs), consistently.
Under direct supervision of the Benefits Manager, performs a variety of routine and complex administrative, technical and professional work in analyzing and administering benefit programs while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Serves as a resource, subject matter expert and day-to-day administrator of team member and vendor issues associated with Enterprise health & welfare programs, as well as the 401k Retirement Program and all Leave of Absence programs. Provides advice and guidance to team members on team member benefits and assists in the design and review of benefit programs and procedures, and leave plans.
