• Fine Dining Cook I (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for preparing all types of hot and cold food items in the dining areas of the enterprise, This position also performs duties related to preparation of food and beverage items prepared in the restaurant outlets and team member dining rooms, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Fine Dining Cook II (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for preparing all types of hot and cold food items in the dining areas of the enterprise, This position also performs duties related to preparation of food and beverage items prepared in the restaurant outlets and team member dining rooms, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Asian Cook - Ling & Louie‘s (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As a condition of employment, all new hires must pass the following:  

• Restaurant Assistant Manager - Ling & Louie & lsquo;s (Food & Beverage)

  Directly supervises multiple employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.  

• Revenue Audit Clerk (Revenue Management)

  This position is responsible for the protection of the enterprise, its assets, employees and guests, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Landscape Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position is responsible for properly maintaining the outside irrigation and watering systems on casino properties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Slot Shift Manager (Slots/Electronic Games)

  This position is responsible for the proper scheduling of slot personnel on their respective shifts and provides guidance and information pertaining to slot operations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY. 

• Barista (Food & Beverage)

  This position is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each guest in a casino environment by performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Fine Dining Pastry Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for providing support to the Pastry Chef while preparing quality pastry items, such as breakfast items, desserts, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, display/centerpieces and special request items, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Fine Dining Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting the enterprises quality standards. The Sous Chef will actively and independently manage all aspect of employee relations to ensure a positive harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment within the kitchen area under the supervision of the Executive Chef, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.
