Understanding the distinctions of the Section 17 Enterprise business structure and that of the Casino is essential. WBE Enterprises includes:  Shoalwater Bay Casino, Early Learning Center, Tokeland Cannabis, Georgetown 76 Station, Shoalwater Seafood LLC., and the Tradewinds Motel.
