• Cage & Player Services Representative (Sales & Marketing)

  The Cage & Player Services Representative assists in executing property promotions to maximize the profits of the gaming facility, giving correct change, accurately counting, and recording assigned funds, verifying, and documenting personal information for all transactions conducted by the Player Services Department (Cage Cashiering, Credit, & Players Club). Player Services Representatives are responsible for performing high volume cash and non-cash transactions with guests and team members in a courteous, accurate, and prompt manner; Computes all monetary transactions, keeps accurate transactions and auditable balancing practices. The beginning and end of shifts count down and balance amounts to impress the bank. This position reports to the Player Services Supervisor.

• Revenue Audit Supervisor (Revenue Management)

  If you possess an Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field, or have 2 years’ of audit supervisory experience, or 1 yr. of casino auditing experience, this is a great opportunity for advancement!

  The Revenue Audit Supervisor reports to the Revenue Audit Manager and assists in providing direction and troubleshooting in daily audits, supervising clerical staff, and assists in ensuring all audit programs are completed daily. The Revenue Audit Supervisor performs numerous audit and financial reporting functions, including preparation of journal entries, auditing functions, and recording financial information. 

• Surveillance Agent I (Surveillance)

  The Surveillance Agent is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting activities associated with gaming and non-gaming operations, adherence to regulatory requirements and procedures, and following approved surveillance department procedures. The Surveillance Agent works to protect company assets by detecting theft, cheating and other illegal activities by guests and/or employees. The Surveillance Agent also assists members of casino management in the resolution of guest or employee related disputes.

• Starbucks Barista (Food & Beverage)

  The Barista contributes to Starbucks success by providing legendary customer service to all customers.  The Barista provides customers a Starbucks experience by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

• Maintenance Tech I - Certified Pool Operator (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance Technician I - Pool Operator performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. The Certified Pool Operator is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the indoor and outdoor water features (pools, fountains, Spa, Jacuzzis) within the property with high seasonal, weekend, and holiday demands. This is an entry level position.

• Banquet House Attendant (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for the physical set-up and turnovers of all banquet events. They will follow specific Banquet Event Orders to ensure accuracy for the set-up. The Banquet House Attendant will maintain the cleanliness and eye appeal of the banquet space. They will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond Standards. The Banquet House Attendant will always conduct their selves in a manner which supports the guiding principles of our expectation guide.  They are responsible for the execution of the directives formulated by the Banquet Manager to achieve maximum operating results and obtain guest satisfaction.

• Facilities Maintenance Tech (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance Technician performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. This is an entry level position.

• Main Tech III (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Maintenance Technician III performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. This is a Journeyman level/Beginning Foreman position.

• Hotel Sales Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The primary responsibility of the Hotel Sales Coordinator is to perform diversified tasks within the department including answering the telephone, preparing contracts, memos, reports, and assisting the Sales Team with special projects with a proactive and efficient approach.  This position will report to the Director of Sales – Corporate.

• Catering Coordinator (Catering/Banquet)

  The primary responsibility of the Catering Coordinator is to maximize catering revenues to include banquet food, banquet beverage, facility rental and audio/visual rental. Execute banquet food and beverage events according to banquet event order specifications, adjust specifications as necessary and perform follow-up ensuring guest satisfaction. This position will report to the Director of Sales – Corporate.

• Slot Operations Supervisor (Slots/Electronic Games)

  The Slot Supervisor supervises the daily operation of a shift including Slot Ambassadors and Slot Technicians.  The Slot Supervisor also assists guests in every way possible in order to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

• Starbucks Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  The Starbucks Supervisor is responsible for effective use of all Starbucks personnel to achieve maximum operating results, revenue enhancements and tracking, and cost of goods control. Ensures that guest’s service needs are identified and implements programs designed to ensure proper Starbucks Experience and guest service.  Provides leadership and direction for assigned employees and supports all Casino initiatives throughout the property.

• Casino Host - Bilingual (Spanish) (Sales & Marketing)

  The primary responsibility of the Casino Host is to acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with VIP customers that lead to increased revenues for the company, with a particular focus on the Hispanic market. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and WCH’s policies, practices, and procedures

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  The Massage Therapist performs professional body massage and treatments. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the body, have excellent massage techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train with the spa specific treatment protocols.

• EMT Officer (Security)

  The primary role of this position is as a Security Officer. The Security/EMT Officer is responsible for the safety of the guests, employees and visitors, and the security and control of the casino’s property and its assets. The Officer will also provide EMT support for any medical emergencies that may occur and provide initial response for all medical incidents.
