Cage & Player Services Representative
(Sales & Marketing)
The Cage & Player Services Representative assists in executing property promotions to maximize the profits of the gaming facility, giving correct change, accurately counting, and recording assigned funds, verifying, and documenting personal information for all transactions conducted by the Player Services Department (Cage Cashiering, Credit, & Players Club). Player Services Representatives are responsible for performing high volume cash and non-cash transactions with guests and team members in a courteous, accurate, and prompt manner; Computes all monetary transactions, keeps accurate transactions and auditable balancing practices. The beginning and end of shifts count down and balance amounts to impress the bank. This position reports to the Player Services Supervisor.

Revenue Audit Supervisor

The Revenue Audit Supervisor reports to the Revenue Audit Manager and assists in providing direction and troubleshooting in daily audits, supervising clerical staff, and assists in ensuring all audit programs are completed daily. The Revenue Audit Supervisor performs numerous audit and financial reporting functions, including preparation of journal entries, auditing functions, and recording financial information.

Surveillance Agent I

The Surveillance Agent is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting activities associated with gaming and non-gaming operations, adherence to regulatory requirements and procedures, and following approved surveillance department procedures. The Surveillance Agent works to protect company assets by detecting theft, cheating and other illegal activities by guests and/or employees. The Surveillance Agent also assists members of casino management in the resolution of guest or employee related disputes.

Maintenance Tech I - Certified Pool Operator

The Maintenance Technician I - Pool Operator performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. The Certified Pool Operator is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the indoor and outdoor water features (pools, fountains, Spa, Jacuzzis) within the property with high seasonal, weekend, and holiday demands. This is an entry level position.

Banquet House Attendant

The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for the physical set-up and turnovers of all banquet events. They will follow specific Banquet Event Orders to ensure accuracy for the set-up. The Banquet House Attendant will maintain the cleanliness and eye appeal of the banquet space. They will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond Standards. The Banquet House Attendant will always conduct their selves in a manner which supports the guiding principles of our expectation guide. EMT Officer

The primary role of this position is as a Security Officer. The Security/EMT Officer is responsible for the safety of the guests, employees and visitors, and the security and control of the casino’s property and its assets. The Officer will also provide EMT support for any medical emergencies that may occur and provide initial response for all medical incidents.
