• Public Safety Officer EMT (Security)

  To safeguard Fantasy Springs Casino and other Tribal property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing escorts, public safety functions, and emergency medical calls as follows:

• Executive Host (Sales & Marketing)

  The primary responsibility of the Player Development Executive is to effectively market, evaluate, recruit, establish and maintain a professional relationship with new Southern California players. The Player Development Executive will develop and maintain superior relationships with guests by equal utilization of professionalism and personality. They will track and monitor guest feedback and participation on an on-going basis to determine program effectiveness. Prepare, coordinate, host and administer all complimentary and guest events.

• Casino Host (Sales & Marketing)

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for maintaining Fantasy Springs Resort casino guest satisfaction with regards to food and food production.  Carrying out the policies of the department and company.  Performs any combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.  Focuses on cleaning and preparing operation for continuous safe food service.  Assists in all areas of kitchen production as assigned.

• Beverage Server (Food & Beverage)

  Beverage servers will deliver truly great service, and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Beverage servers should be knowledgeable and familiar with all beverage items, drink preparations, ingredients and be able to make recommendations to guests as well as offer drink suggestions and up sell where possible to maximize sales. Beverage servers must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.

• Busser JOY Restaurant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Joy Busser will strive to exceed the expectations of our members and guests. We do everything we can to entertain and serve each member/guest one at a time, making them feel as though we are here just for them.

• Cook - POM Restaurant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards.  Prepare all food products as directed by the Chef.

• Cashier Pizza Kitchen (Food & Beverage)

  We strive to exceed the expectations of our members and guests. We do everything we can to entertain and serve each member/guest one at a time, making them feel as though we are here just for them.

• Cook Lique Restaurant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for stocking supplies as required for kitchen and production use. Responsible for proper storage of products for preparation. Prepare all food products as directed by Chef. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas.

• Cashier - Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (Food & Beverage)

  The Cashier is a customer service position servicing the casino and hotel guest with all their retail needs. The cashier also participates in all facets of the store operations, computer systems and cost of goods that are in effect.

• Director of Player Development (Korean Speaking) (Sales & Marketing)

• Cook Lead Bistro (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Carry out the policies of the department and company.  Responsible for preparation of food items according to specified standards.  Assist in all areas of kitchen production. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas. Help stock and rotate product.

• Hvac I (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on all heating, ventilating, air purifying systems and air conditioning systems. 

• A/C Technician Senior Lead (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on all heating, ventilating, air purifying systems and air conditioning systems.

• Reservations Agent (Guest Services)
