The IT Project Manager plays a vital role in the successful delivery of Cache Creek Casino Resort’s Information Technology project portfolio. The IT Project Manager works across departments to identify and document project requirements, build project schedules, track project tasks, and manage project budgets.
The Lead Reservationist is responsible for the supervision and direction of all aspects of the Reservations and PBX operations. This position assists the Reservations/PBX Manager in the planning, staffing, supervising, training and organization of all department personnel and their duties.
Supervises and oversees the daily operational needs of the Cache Creek Casino Resort Retail Department in the Gift Shop, Mini Mart, Extra’s, and Golf Pro Shop. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, ordering supplies, inventory control, and merchandising. Provides an interactive shopping experience for guests while ensuring the delivery of extraordinary guest service.
