Under direct supervision of the Revenue Audit Supervisor, is responsible for assisting in the supervision and training of the audit staff and the review of daily audits for Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise. Communicates discrepancies with management and is a key liaison in all internal and external audits. Prepares reports and analysis for management as needed. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under direct supervision of the Assistant Sous Chef, prepares food items according to the production sheet for the assigned area. Delegating task/jobs to cooks, firm understanding of menus or prep sheets, advanced knowledge of basic culinary techniques and methods.
Under general supervision of the Senior Internal Auditor, performs work of moderate difficulty in performing audits and other related activities utilizing standard audit procedures relating to the evaluation of the Gaming Operation’s compliance with NIGC and Tribal Gaming Office Minimum Internal Control Standards, the Enterprises’ Internal Controls and other regulatory requirements. Performs other related work as assigned.
Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, ensures efficient operation, general maintenance, preventive maintenance, service, and repair of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration and equipment.

Under direct supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, cleans and maintains all internal and external carpet and hard surface floor areas: Concrete, stained concrete, tile or terrazzo.
Under general supervision of the Senior Facilities Operations Manager, responsible for managing and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the casino facilities, including administering department budget and work plan, ensuring that preventative and routine cleaning standards are practiced, and supervise, train and develop environmental services staff, and that all environmental services personnel are properly trained in safety procedures and proper use of equipment used in the workplace. Maintains confidentiality of privileged information.
Under general direction of Environmental Services Shift Manager, supervises the daily activities of Environmental Services, including personnel assignments, training and management, quality assurance, problem resolution, and inventory control.
Under the direct supervision of the Slot Shift Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day slot operations on an assigned shift. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by example on a daily basis and actively promote enterprise events to our guests.
Under direct supervision of the Sous Chef, provides supervision and coaching to all Food & Beverage staff. Assists in all menu creation, labor control, and food cost control, scheduling, ordering and procurement of food/product and daily operations of all food venues. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law). Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training as well as all TOGE internal controls, consistently.
Under direct supervision of the Security Supervisor, responsible for the outdoor protection, safeguarding and security of the Casino's assets, personnel, guests and all visitors during their assigned shift.
