Under direct supervision of the Table Games Floor Supervisor, deals all Table Games offered by Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise to guests on assigned shift.
Under direct supervision of the Steward Supervisor, leads the kitchen stewarding operations and staff on assigned shift. Areas of responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, receiving and storing orders, back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running. Works to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction. Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation in all food production service areas; Ensure all food and beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately. Responsible for guiding and developing stewarding staff. Must ensure sanitation and health standards are achieved. Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all stewarding and kitchen maintenance operations on assigned shift and in assigned venue.
Under the direct supervision of the Learning & Development Manager, supports the centralized training function through program development and design, instructional writing, program administration, record keeping and reporting, and training delivery that meets the overall training needs of the Enterprise.
Under direct supervision of the Security Supervisor, responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of the casino’s assets, personnel, guests and all visitors during their assigned shift.
Under direct supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, cleans and maintains all internal and external carpet and hard surface floor areas: Concrete, stained concrete, tile or terrazzo.
Under direct supervision of the Security Supervisor, responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of the casino’s assets, personnel, guests and all visitors during their assigned shift.
Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for the deep cleaning of the all Kitchen equipment that is operated by natural gas and or electricity.
Under direct supervision of the Executive Casino Host and Executive Casino Host (Latin Market), the Casino Host is responsible for developing and delivering an environment that creates excitement for internal and external guests, promoting and coordinating programs, activities and special events to attract mid-level and high limit guests, as well as develop and establish relationships with guests and encourage property loyalty, repeat visits, all while exhibiting the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprises (TOGE) Core Values of delivering outstanding guest service and guest satisfaction.
Under direct supervision of the Poker Assistant Shift Manager, monitors Poker tables, Dealers, and all non-department personnel coming in contact with the Poker tables on assigned shifts.
Under direct supervision of the Surveillance Supervisor, assists with supervising and overseeing the surveillance staff on assigned shifts. Protects the assets of the casino property, guests and team members. Must possess excellent knowledge of all casino departments, including table games, slots, cage and soft count. Must possess excellent observational and communication skills. Must be able to identify and detect internal and external cheating, theft and advantage play techniques.
Under direct supervision of the Slot Technical Manager, coordinates all installs, conversions and preventive maintenance for Slot Department related machines and equipment of the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE).
Under direct supervision of the Executive Steward, Manages the kitchen stewarding operations and staff on assigned shift. Areas of responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, receiving and storing orders, back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running. Works to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas; Ensure all food and beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and health standards are achieved. Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all stewarding and kitchen maintenance operations on assigned shift.
