Duties include welcoming guests to the table, handling buy-ins and payoff transactions and dealing assigned table games while adhering to the established department policies and procedures. The purpose of the Tribal Lottery Lead Technician position is to perform journey level service, maintenance, repair, and modification work to all of the gaming equipment and related components of TL equipment and provide direction, assistance, and training to other TL staff. Diagnoses and repairs gaming equipment, performs maintenance on player terminals and kiosks, and maintains inventory and service records.
