• Cook Main Kitchen (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards.  Prepare all food products as directed by the Chef.  

• Manager Bistro Restaurant (Food & Beverage)

  The Bistro Manager will lead a group of employees in a manner which ensures delivery of World Class customer service, award winning beverage product, and an entertaining environment that blends together to create a seamless experience resulting in increased customer loyalty, real revenue growth and improved operating margins.  The Restaurant Manager must work well with the team to ensure adherence to all company established policies, procedures, standards, safety and sanitation issues and compliance with gaming regulations. The Restaurant Manager should lead by example and create an environment where all guests and employees feel comfortable, welcome and special.

  Maintains and cleans the establishment to Fantasy Springs Standards by performing the following duties.

• Players Club Rep (Sales & Marketing)

  Will provide guests with friendly and consistent service; will be committed to give excellent standards of performance at the Players Club and the Bus Department.

• Barista (Food & Beverage)

  Starbucks Baristas will deliver truly great service, and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. The Barista is generally the first employee that guests encounter so it is imperative that they greet all guests with a warm/genuine smile and be welcoming. Starbucks employees must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations. Ensures service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation. Customers and employees will experience a friendly, upbeat and clean atmosphere.

• Cashier Golf Course Snack Bar (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Eagle Falls Golf Course Beverage Cart Cashier/Attendant are expected to deliver truly great service, and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. The cashier/attendant is the only food beverage employee that guests encounter when playing on the golf course so it is imperative that they greet all guests with a warm/genuine smile and welcome. Beverage Cart employees must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.

• Compliance Inspector (Regulatory Compliance)

  Protect the integrity of gaming activity by preventing improper or unlawful conduct in the course of gaming activity. Assure that procedures are carried out in compliance with the National Indian Gaming Commission Minimum Internal Control Standards, Tribal State Gaming Compact, and the Cabazon Band of Mission Indians Gaming Ordinances. Test and certify that slot machines are in compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires maintenance of strict confidentiality.

• Maintenance Worker I (Engineering/Maintenance)

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Responsible for stocking supplies as required for kitchen and production use.  Responsible for proper storage of products for preparation. Prepare all food products as directed by Chef. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas.

• Hostess / Host - POM (Food & Beverage)

  The POM Hostess/Host will serve as a personal representative of the restaurant. They are in charge of making reservations, seating guests and making sure that they enjoy their meal. The POM Hostess/Host is expected to smile, to give guests a good impression of the restaurant by greeting them in a warm, friendly manner. If guests have to wait to be seated, the Hostess/Host will make them comfortable while they wait, be a positive team player, adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.

• EVS Specialist (Housekeeping)

• Slot Technician I (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Assist Slot Technicians in the maintenance of the gaming devices.  

• A/C Technician Senior Lead (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on all heating, ventilating, air purifying systems and air conditioning systems.

• Cook Lead Bistro (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Carry out the policies of the department and company.  Responsible for preparation of food items according to specified standards.  Assist in all areas of kitchen production. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas. Help stock and rotate product.
