The individual has direct oversight of all aspects of daily slot operations functions while fostering strong Team Member and guest engagements. Perform all the duties of a Slot Shift Manager in the absences of the Slot Shift Manager.
Accurately and efficiently correct minor machine malfunctions, process jackpots and enhance the guests’ gaming experience to maximize slot handle. Promote a work environment that is pleasant and desirable.

Maintains clear and open communications upward, downward and laterally. Act in relation to team members, guests and/or public in a manner consistent with the best interest of the organization. Functions as the Slot Shift Manager when required.
