  This position is responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking sauces, meats, vegetables, and other foodstuffs in a restaurant using standardized recipes.  Serve prepared food using appropriate plates, cups, pans, bowls and trays to maintain customer appeal.  Clean and sanitize workstation making sure everything is properly covered, labeled, dated and rotated, to ensure service of quality and healthy food.   This position directs and oversees comprehensive compliance across all licensed cannabis operations, including cultivation, manufacturing, post-production, and distribution facilities. A key focus of this role involves conducting and overseeing forensic investigations and accounting analyses to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
