Specialist - Cleaning
(Housekeeping)
The primary responsibility of the Specialist - Cleaning is to clean all public areas of the property as assigned and to assist guests with questions as needed. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Manager - Beverage Operations
(Food & Beverage)
The primary responsibility of the Manager – Beverage Operationsis to oversee the Shift Managers - Beverage and Supervisors - Beverage as they manage the daily operations of the beverage staff during their assigned shift. Duties include but are not limited to managing, supervising, delegating and working with service personnel to ensure high quality of beverage service, proper beverage and labor costs, and a safe, sanitary environment. Assist with oversight in restaurants as required. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Supervisor - Poker Room
(Table Games)
The primary responsibility of the Supervisor - Poker Room is to supervise poker games ensuring unmatched guest service, proper game pace, proper rake and compliance with all gaming and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) regulations and procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.

Sous Chef - Banquets
(Catering/Banquet)
The primary responsibility of the Sous Chef – Banquets is to supervise, delegate and work hands-on in kitchen functions with kitchen personnel to ensure high quality of food, timeliness in food service, proper food and labor costs, and a safe, sanitary kitchen. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Cook II - Urban Table
(Chefs/Kitchen)
The primary responsibility of the Cook II is to ensure the proper preparation and cooking of all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining a high quality standard. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

The primary responsibility of the Server - Urban Table is to correctly take and serve food orders in a timely and friendly manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

Technician - Maintenance IV
(Engineering/Maintenance)
The primary responsibility of the Technician - Maintenance IV is to operate and maintain property machinery, HVAC and mechanical equipment in addition to providing general maintenance property-wide. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Agent I - Surveillance
(Surveillance)
The primary responsibility of the Agent - Surveillance is to operate department surveillance equipment to observe, document and report all activities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Kiosk Attendant
(Finance/Accounting)
The primary responsibility of the Kiosk Attendant is to service and supply coin and cash to the casino ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks in accordance with established procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Officer - Security
(Security)
The primary responsibility of the Officer - Security is to provide for the safety and protection of guests, team members, and company property. Anticipates potential problems and seeks ways to prevent disruption, injuries, and prohibited conduct from occurring on company premises. Responds to emergency situations as requested and takes appropriate steps to rectify problems and at the same time minimize hotel liability. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Player Services Representative
(Sales & Marketing)
The primary responsibility of the Representative – Player Services is to provide excellent guest service, exchange cash and chips for guests, issue counter checks at the gaming tables, assist guests with player card transactions, and make payouts to guests on winning Table, Slot and Sportsbook wagers in accordance with established procedures. Representative – Players Services is required to balance their cashier drawer at the end of their shift. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Dealer - Table Games
(Table Games)
The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Spa Concierge - Male
(Spa)
The Spa Concierge - Male is responsible for greeting all guests, answering calls, assisting with guest inquiries, booking appointments, checking guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately billing for services received and completing the payment transaction, and cross-selling retail products. Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the male side of the spa.

Spa Concierge - Female
(Spa)

The primary responsibility of the Agent - Front Desk is to sell and assign rooms, register guests, render bills, receive cash and credit payments while providing unmatched guest services.
