  • The Remote Outsourced Controller is responsible to the firm's tribal clients (casino) for general ledger preparation, reconciliation and transactional level review• Prepare and finalize month end close and financial reporting for review• Prepare and/or review work-papers and schedules to ensure audit readiness• Provide on-site services as requested by client• Participate in cross utilization of teams and/or lead software implementations, conversions and setups as assigned• Completion and/or review of debt, assets and gaming revenue• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their personnel• Obtain client expectations from management team and develop plan to meet client expectations• Eventually assist with mentoring new staff as assigned
