The Food and Beverage venues are high-volume food service amenities located in a 24-hour operation, seven-day-a-week casino.

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Cage Operations, the Line Cashier ensures the timely and accurate exchange of cash-in and cash-out transactions for Casino chips and vouchers. Carries out these cash handling transactions through many negotiable instruments, which require excellent math skills and attention to detail. Upholds strict adherence to established policies, procedures, internal controls and guidelines is required to maintain compliance to Gaming Commission Regulations (GCR), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Title 31 and U.S. Patriot Act.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Audio-Visual , the Audio-Visual Technician II is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and repair of audio, lighting, and video equipment to enhance the live entertainment experiences and special events performed throughout Yaamava’ Resort & Casino venues.
Reporting to the Director, Spa Operations, the Manager, Spa & Pool Services provides leadership, direction and supervision of their team in the daily operations for the massage, pool and skincare services of the Hotel, including, but not limited to, massage and skincare excellence, pool operations, guest experience, and Spa facilities upkeep. Excels in managing, using creative ways to lead a team, optimize merchandise and service selections, while maximizing Best in Class service resulting in continued sales profit. Responsible of marketing, operational excellence, budgeting/forecasting and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Ensures clean, sanitary and safe environment and services are provided for all patrons, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity.
Under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef, while working closely with the Executive Chef, the Chef de Cuisine supervises culinary management staff and hourly staff in daily overall kitchen operations for their assigned venue(s). Is directly responsible for all scheduling, supervising, coordinating, and training of culinary staff for their designated kitchen(s). Develops all menus and recipes for their venue, and oversee planning, preparing and cooking of foods for menus for all occasions including special functions and holidays. In partnership with the Executive Chef and venue Manger, they establish menu forecasts based on customer counts, business forecasts, historic business levels, and holidays.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Entertainment, the Crowd Control Specialist assists with ensuring the safety, security, set up and teardown of entertainment venues. Work with Public Safety to report potential issues and manage dress code policy while providing an exceptional guest experience. Under no circumstances will physical force be used in this position.
