Responsible for assisting the Banquet Manager in ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction, by orchestrating, through the Banquet team, production and service of quality food and providing the Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures standards of excellence in all phases of banquet service.
Responsible for the set-up and breakdown of all meetings and Banquet/Event functions, including service equipment. This includes the actual arrangement of all tables, chairs, risers, podiums, dance floors, pianos, and any other non-food service items.
