The role of Executive Recruiter Retention Specialist performs professional level human resources work and carries out responsibilities in one or more of the functional areas, such as staffing, employee relations, training, employment retention, and safety. This role carries out administrative work involving the human resources functions and maintains related records; develops and improves policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness the enterprise's operations. Develop and deploy a retention plan that promotes our workplace as a positive, safe, and rewarding place to work.

• Senior Marketing Director (Sales & Marketing)

  Ho-Chunk Nation is hiring a Senior Marketing Director to provide oversight for their multiple gaming, hospitality, and retail operations. This position manages the Ho-Chunk Gaming marketing strategies, brand plans, and sponsorships/public relations opportunities to drive revenue.

  The Senior Marketing Director is essential in building a revenue driving opportunities within the Ho-Chunk Nation branding framework. This position manages and implements the Ho-Chunk Gaming marketing and brand plans to include casino, hotel, and entertainment, convenience stores, retail, and sponsorships/public relations opportunities to drive revenue.
