Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,300 – $88,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

  • Receive and tag incoming merchandise for stock and store inventory, ensuring proper documentation 
  • Supervise restocking operations and coordinate the setup for sale in the store 
  • Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure efficient product availability and address vendor, quality control, and shipping concerns 
  • Schedule team members according to business needs and manage Netsuite and retail cloud inventory maintenance and transfers 
  • Coordinate transfers to the online distribution center to ensure seamless inventory management 

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher  
  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience in a high-volume environment; retail experience with a professional sports team preferred 
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience  
  • Strong knowledge of retail point of sale systems, Retail Cloud, and RFID technology  
  • Math and business competency for inventory tracking and reporting
