Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Operations – Information Technology (IT), the Field Support Analyst I is responsible for providing support for all endpoint technology issues including computer troubleshooting and repair, software installation and configuration, and other user facing issues. Technical aptitude and customer service are key traits for the Field Support Analyst I.
Under the supervision of the Supervisor, IT Operations, the Field Support Analyst II is responsible for assisting with all end user requests including hardware and software support and installations, moves/adds/changes, and problem resolution. This position focuses on customer service and communications as it is a significant attribute of the role.
Reporting to the Director, Education Program Services, the Education Specialist plays an essential role focused on the academic, special education and social emotional learning of Pre-K through 12th supports and services. The Education Specialist drives the highest quality pedagogy for learners through creative and supportive programming and resources that assist tribal families with informed decision making for their children that will have a multi-generational impact. The Education Specialist prioritizes the academic, special education, and social emotional learning aspects of the tutoring program and Tribal School as well as the actuation of the through all life stages of the 2040 vision as it relates to post-secondary access and success. The Education Specialist also services and supports inclusive, rigorous, and diverse learning experiences for all students regardless of age and time in school. The Education Specialist works closely with the language and culture staff and Tribal School principal to support programming and events in the department and school.
Under the Supervisor Gaming Technical, the Gaming Compliance Technician Associate (“Associate”) utilizes technical knowledge to ensure game integrity, conducting preventive maintenance, machine evaluations, and software testing for compliance. The associate assists in regulatory compliance, security, and project completion while maintaining accurate regulatory records and conducting detailed observations of gaming machines for comprehensive analysis, supporting department efficiency.
Reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, the Vice President, Brand Marketing is responsible for the strategic leadership of all aspects of the Shared Values Marketing department with a primary focus on developing brand strategy based on target market guests and communicating the brand through external and internal channels. Directs the improvement of revenue through management of brand strategic plans, while overseeing the department and ensuring the operation and staff provide friendly and efficient service to internal and external guests. Assists in aligning strategic goals and translating them into tactical plans, as well as provides leadership to ensure financial goals and expectations by the Tribe are attained.Provides oversight to ensure all brand marketing efforts are in accordance with overall business objectives, ensure campaigns and programs are aligned with brand standards and ensure programs are designed within approved budget guidelines and the strategic plan for the enterprise. Is responsible for the following areas: brand management and architecture, Advertising, Media Buys, Online/Digital Marketing, Production, Creative, Sponsorships, and Experiential Marketing.
The Director of Gaming Compliance (“Director”) oversees the Gaming Compliance Department and is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive regulatory system that safeguards tribal assets, ensures compliance with all applicable laws, upholds public safety, and protects game integrity. Drives San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission’s (SMTGC) regulatory strategy, leading the Compliance team to deploy the plan into an effective, compliant, and innovative internal control system.
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for establishing and ensuring that the software policies, procedures, and standards are communicated to the team and actively enforced. This will include but not be limited to coding standards regarding software libraries, frameworks, APIs, code commenting, architecture, naming conventions, and other software best practices. This is a leadership opportunity responsible for the coordination of software development projects by acting as the central liaison between diverse teams and promoting industry best practices.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Accounting, the Vice President, Disbursements, will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all aspects of enterprise disbursement activities for shared services payroll and accounts payable for the multi-entity, multi-state organization with over 9,500 team members, including Tribal Members, and a high-volume vendor payment environment. The Vice President, Disbursements, is responsible for aligning shared services payroll and accounts payable systems and operations with the enterprise’s overall business strategies, closely collaborating with key stakeholders (including Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, Human Resources and operational leaders) to drive strategy, efficiency and effectively mitigate financial, legal, compliance and operational risk. The Vice President, Disbursements, plays a critical role in safeguarding accuracy, ensuring compliance, maintaining confidentiality, and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise shared services disbursement activities and related policies and procedures.
Under the direction of the Manager, Fleet the Enterprise Fleet Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and servicing of enterprise vehicles. This position delivers world-class fleet service, in accordance with current policies, procedures, and established objectives. The Enterprise Fleet Mechanic ensures that all preventative maintenance and inspections are conducted in a timely manner to extend the useful life and safe operation of enterprise vehicles. The Enterprise Fleet Mechanic champions the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission, and values.
Under the direction of the San Manuel Utility Authority (SMUA) General Manager, the Utility Analyst will provide high-level quality support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the Utility Authority. This Analyst is a skilled professional responsible for analyzing and optimizing utility operations, providing project management support, maintaining document control, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, be self-motivated and an interest in a career in the utility industry.
Working under the direction of the VP Procurement, the Director Logistics and Fleet is responsible to build and execute the strategy for the logistics and fleet footprint and capabilities. This role works in partnership with executive leadership, business units, and vendors to understand needs and challenges and to execute successful strategic plans while ensuring best in class tactical execution. The Director, Logistics and Fleet is also responsible for leading and developing the logistics and fleet teams to deliver unparalleled service to internal and external customers.
Under the direction of the Sergeant, Department of Public Safety (DPS), the Public Safety Assistant I (PSA I) provides support to DPS. Work requires comprehensive knowledge of the organization and skill in working with security issues and follows security policies, procedures, and confidential matters. The PSA I is responsible for performing a broad range of duties and carrying out those responsibilities in a professional and confidential manner.
SUMMARYThe San Manuel is a self-governing nation and as such has established tribally-managed governmental units to enhance and support services on the San Manuel reservation. The San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission (SMTGC) is the governmental unit that was created by tribal ordinance as the primary regulator of gaming within the San Manuel’s jurisdiction, including the Yaamava Resort & Casino (Yaamava' Resort & Casino). The SMTGC, which includes the Surveillance Department, is responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring a high level of integrity, and safeguarding Tribal and Yaamava' Resort & Casino assets.Under the direction of the Surveillance Technical Supervisor, the Surveillance Infrastructure Technician is responsible for the administration and oversight of Surveillance Department systems (numerous), equipment, components, and infrastructure. Systems include but not limited to; CCTV systems, and infrastructure, conduit bending, and installation, cable installation, termination, testing and certification of fiber optic cable, category cable, multi conductor and coaxial cable, weapons detection systems deployment, bag X-Ray scanner, support SMTGC hearings, and deploy or maintain trailered CCTV mobile units. Responsibilities include but not limited to installation, repair, and maintenance of these systems at properties owned and operated by San Manuel. Properties include but are not limited to, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Casino, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Hotel, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Retail, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Entertainment Venue, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Amenities, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Food & Beverage areas, San Manuel Reservation, and numerous San Manuel remote site locations. The Surveillance Technician reads and interprets system diagrams/schematics and is proficient in using tools and testing instruments, as tasks include performing and assisting with installation/uninstallation of components and infrastructure of Surveillance Department systems. The Surveillance Technician is also responsible for installation and cross connecting of Surveillance Department systems components such as servers, network switches, storage devices, and PC workstations, etc. This position also assists in the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance and recovery for mission critical surveillance systems.

Under the direction of the Manager, Academic Acceleration, the Tutor (Part-Time), supports education specialists who support grades Pre-K through 12 in multiple subjects such as language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and foreign language. The Tutor’s contributions ensure the quality of overall educational services, programs, and initiatives provided to San Manuel Tribal Citizens.
