Responsible for the operation and administration of maintenance and environmental services of the casinos and resort properties. This includes, but is not limited to, the energy and mechanical plant, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, the upkeep and preventative maintenance of all electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, sewage plant, water supply wells and storage, sprinkler and fire safety equipment, EVS and other functions relating to the building structure and landscaping. Also oversees Warehouse operations relating to shipping, receiving and inventory control. Works closely with the Senior Construction Director to forecast new and long-term projects in the operation. Acts as a role model for facilities team members in accordance with company standards and culture.
Information security analysts plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures to protect an organization’s computer networks and systems. May ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure. May respond to computer security breaches and viruses. Information Security Analysts responsibilities are continually expanding as the number of cyberattacks increases. An Information Security Analyst may be required to assist on some network applications and on non-enterprise applications issues. In this capacity, these positions will provide IT Security best practices and support on desktop computers, enterprise applications, operating systems, misc. hardware, peripherals, and software.
The IT Support Manager is responsible for all technical support activities in a 24/7/365 environment and oversees timely delivery of quality technical support service to customers. The IT Support Manager is responsible for supporting windows-based software systems, ensuring integrity of desktop computers/laptops, point of sale terminals, network printers and copiers, and miscellaneous hardware devices. This includes technical support from the point of equipment purchase, and preventative maintenance through asset disposal. In addition, the IT Support manager will oversee the installation and support of desktop applications, first tier support for enterprise applications, and department specific applications. The IT Support Manager will ensure that the company's technical assets (hardware and software) are inventoried, protected, and that internal controls, policies and procedures are followed. The IT Support Manager will use the standard project management life cycle to manage technical and capital projects.
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the IT Project Manager oversees and coordinates, implementing Project Management methodology, the various phases of applications systems analysis, development, coordination, implementation, and documentation of IT projects to ensure that projects are completed within the planned time, scope and budget.
Perform general maintenance duties on pool/spas as assigned and/or depending on experience/competence, under guidance of preventative maintenance and work orders. Assists Maintenance Laborers and Groundskeepers when needed.
