Player Development Supervisor

Description

The Player Development Supervisor effectively coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Player Development department.  Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Hire, schedule, train, coach, evaluate staff, complete payroll and conduct performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with Player Development Program
  • Provide appropriate reporting on sales and player development activities, including productivity, sales results, etc.
  • Acquire, develop, and implement skills training programs to increase department knowledge, skills, and efficiency across sales functions
  • Track host productivity across all performance standards and incentive parameters
  • Work with management to develop player parties, events, and promotions designed to grow revenues across High-Value player segments
  • Coordinate with internal business partners to develop appropriate reports and tracking systems around host tactics, bonus categories and sales productivity indicators
  • Develop appropriate reports on sales leads, reactivation candidates and qualifying coded players
  • Develop, balance, and maintain coded player groups across hosts
  • Coordinate and expedite host bonus programs and results
  • Develop relationships with revenue producing departments and coordinate sales campaigns to maximize participation rates and revenue of casino players
  • Interview High-Value player segments and develop product quality improvement strategies
  • Maintain close relationships with High-Value players
  • Assist with VIP events, parties, etc. as appropriate
  • Coordinate sales and service efforts with Island Passport Club and Call Center Supervisors

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience with 3+ staff, preferably in Casino industry
  • 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience 
  • 2 years of experience working in a Casino industry
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills 
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
