Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all operational functions of the hotel, laundry, and RV Park

- Reviewing all guest complaints/comments, establishing budgetary goals, and ensuring compliance with hotel operations, policies, procedures, and service standards

- Developing improvement actions, carrying out cost savings, and maximizing room yield and revenue through innovative sales practices

- Managing and developing the hotel team, leading in all aspects of business planning, and developing promotions within the hotel

- Establishing rate strategies based on current and historical market mix, and maintaining constant communication with the housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk supervisors

- Supervising employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems for employees and guests

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 21 years of age

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and/or five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience working in a casino environment is a plus

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems required

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
