Slot EG Performance Manager - Electronic Games

Only 20 minutes south of Sioux City and an hour north of Omaha

JOB SUMMARY: 

EG Performance Manager will ensure that the casino floor is in good working order and that slot technicians accomplish jobs assigned, shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Assigns work schedules for Slot Technicians.
  • Performs periodic maintenance procedures on slot machines and signage.
  • Maintains security and accountability of funds entrusted.
  • Ensures all facilities and equipment are functioning properly within the department.
  • Maintains good customer relations.
  • Always perform duties in a positive and professional manner.
  • Adheres to and enforces policies and procedures.
  • Ensures proper training of Slot Technicians.
  • Assembles reports upon request of Slot Manager.
  • Controls and distributes slot forms when needed.
  • Recommends changes to the physical layout of the slot machines.
  • Recommends manpower requirements.
  • Assists in forecasting for operations budgeting.
  • Recommends changes for personnel including: hiring, release, promotion, demotion
  • and wage adjustments.
  • Evaluates performance of Slot Technicians.
  • Performs all duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Continuously bending, twisting, reaching, pulling and climbing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 100 lbs.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
  • Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
  • Must satisfactorily complete a 90-day probationary period.
  • Must be able to interact successfully with associates and guests.
  • Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods of time, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • 2 to 4 years in the Slot Department as a Slot Technician.
  • Computer experience required.
  • Excellent knowledge of slot machine theory and operation required.
  • Excellent knowledge of electricity and electrical components required.
  • Must have strong leadership abilities and a solid background in personnel management.
JOB TRAINING REQUIRED
  • Must complete Casino Orientation.
  • Must complete Departmental Orientation.
  • Must complete all training deemed mandatory by the casino and department.
