J&J Ventures Gaming and J&J Ventures Amusements are headquartered in Effingham, Illinois, where our predecessor, J&J Ventures, Inc., began route operations in 1929.  It is majority owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management.

Today, J&J Ventures Gaming is a national leader in distributed gaming and amusements operations, now servicing terminal operators in nearly 4,000 locations in various jurisdictions, including gaming in Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska and Montana.

In mid-January we will acquire the Nevada slot operations from Golden Entertainment for $213.5 million and $34 million in purchased cash.
