Well, What About The Team?

Bally’s Interactive is looking for an Acquisition Campaign Executive to join our North America Performance Marketing team to deliver against our growth objectives. In this role the focus will be to lead and execute cross-sell marketing strategies for activating Retail audiences derived from owned and earned channels. The primary purpose is to drive customer acquisition through the implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns. This position involves meticulous planning, effective audience segmentation, and strategic content development to convert leads into depositing customers. The Acquisition Campaign Executive will be responsible for documenting and optimizing cross-sell marketing processes, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving operational efficiency.

So, What Will You Be Doing?

Primarily responsible for the day-to-day setup and management of cross-sell campaigns:

  • Planning of cross-sell marketing campaigns between our databases and states of operation.
  • Briefing and managing the content and offers used across the active campaigns.
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with the Retail and Interactive stakeholders and marketing teams.
  • Developing optimization testing and insights across our campaigns based on audience data and behavior.
  • Keeping up to date with print and digital marketing best practices to ensure a standard of excellence is kept.

Assist in management of partnership marketing campaigns:

  • Creating design briefs that are aligned with our brand strategies and our performance goals for use in campaigns.
  • Ensuring promotions are up-to-date, accurate and messaging is consistent throughout campaigns.
  • Understanding different sports markets to ensure relevant offers and messaging are applied.

And What Are We Looking For?
  • Have 1-2 years experience in performance marketing.
  • Possess proven track record in an operational acquisition marketing role with a focus on audience activation.
  • Display positive and proactive attitude, always intent on improving performance and driving growth in campaigns.
  • Be organized, logical and analytical- you should be capable of turning statistics into actionable insights.
  • Be intuitive learner of new platforms and analysis tools.
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail in both budget management and campaign execution.
  • Have experience with A/B testing and optimization of campaigns.
  • Showcase project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in content and delivery.
  • Show familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.
  • Have knowledge of email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
