The Casino Table Games Dealer deals assigned games in an accurate & convivial manner, providing outstanding customer service.  Responsible for all money on assigned table during a live game.  Knowledge of carnival games and Blackjack is required.

Overview: Proficient in basic table games such as blackjack, roulette, craps and carnival games, enjoys maintaining a professional and lively atmosphere that keeps players engaged. Highly effective communicator and problem solver, consistently delivering error-free and accurate chip handling and cash transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent internal/external guest service;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Deal games according to standard rules, company procedures and applicable gaming regulations;
  • Responsible for control of game(s);
  • Ability to protect assets of company;
  • Shuffle and deal cards accurately to guests;
  • Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards;
  • Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips;
  • Pick up losing bets and cards from guests betting square, pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square;
  • Complete any required forms, records or documents;
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not have a minimum of 6 months of prior dealing experience in a US casino and do not possess a US work permit and are NOTlegally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be 21 years of age or older and MUST

  • Possess strong oral communication, mathematical, and guest service skills
  • Be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Work Permit
  • Be eligible to work in the US
