Well, what about the team?Bally's is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. As part of the wider Player Engagement and Retention Team, you’ll play a key role in creating compelling campaigns, managing promotional schedules, and optimising results to ensure our marketing efforts resonate with diverse audiences.

So, What Will You Be Doing?
- Creating monthly promotional plans which are on brand, creative, and results driven
- Helping to maintain differentiated promotional strategies by brand
- Presenting promotional structures, plans, mechanics, and projected costs
- Briefing copy and creative into the Marketing Design and Development Team
- Liaising with CRM Leads on a regular basis to coordinate CRM and other marketing activity
- Catering marketing efforts to different audiences
- Working with Social Media executive to complement onsite/social promotional activity
- Building all promotional rule templates and following legal and compliance approval processes
- Analyzing data and performance to optimize future promotional offerings
- Anticipating audience and business needs by constantly evaluating the promotional market
- Developing new promotional templates and taking through from concept to delivery

And what are we looking for?
- Have Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Have creative mindset with an excellent eye for detail
- Possess analytical thinking skills and curiosity about using data to inform decisions
- Show proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Demonstrate experience in project and campaign planning
- Be self-motivated, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points
- Interest in or knowledge of casino gaming industry is highly preferred
- Have campaign management or CRM system experience
- Have experience working with task marketing tools (Excel, Monday.com, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
