Summary
Under the direction of the Entertainment Manager, the Entertainment Assistant is responsible for consignment ticketing and coordination with artist needs. Provides direct support to the Entertainment Coordinator, Box Office & Ticketing Coordinator and Entertainment Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists with show producers ticketing requests including artist comps and additional ticket purchases.
- Assists with the eTix ticketing system.
- Perform point-of-sales and customer service for the eTix ticketing system.
- Organize and facilitate artist meet & greets.
- Oversee meet & greet photo distribution.
- Facilitate artist guest list.
- Responsible for coordinating the VIP package on property.
- Assist with merchandise set up and take down.
- Assist Entertainment Coordinator on show days.
- Assist with ticketing as needed.
- Assist Entertainment Specialist with overseeing house bands and environmental entertainment.
- Assist with advancing house bands and environmental entertainment.
- File signed addendums, recording authorization forms & camera usage rules.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Six months related experience and/or training; one year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Age Requirement
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
