Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Crusader: Ensure we’re always on the up-and-up with regulations and internal controls.
• Budgeting Wizard: Craft budgets that support growth and drive success across the casino floor.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with departments like marketing, hospitality, and guest services to deliver unforgettable experiences.
• Public Relations Pro: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and the community.
• Promotions and Fun: Lead the charge in creating exciting promotions that keep our guests coming back for more.
• Guest Interaction: Be a face our guests love to see – approachable, friendly, and ready to make their day a jackpot.

What You Need:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in casino gaming (bingo, slots, table games, sports book ops). We’re looking for a seasoned pro with the experience to back it up.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a knack for motivating and inspiring those around you. You’re a pro at negotiating and communicating, both in person and in writing.
• Flexibility & Culture Savvy: You’re sensitive to cultural differences and can adapt your approach to diverse situations. Able to flex your schedule when needed and travel for business.
• Passion for Gaming: A true love for all things gaming – if you dream of jackpots and can talk about table games for hours, you’ll fit right in!
