Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role

Performs needed repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance to slot machines either on the floor or in the Slot Shop.

Responsibilities: Evaluates machines which fail to hold approved percentages for evidence of cheating or mechanical malfunctions.

Coordinates with other slot technicians on shift to ensure maximum performance of all technicians.

Moves and sets on bases upright slot machines with assistance from another technician.

Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.

Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.

Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests’ wins.

Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.

Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.

Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.

Promotes Rewards programs and card membership.

Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge of casino rules and regulations pertaining to the Slot Technicians position.

Capability to perform most common repairs on electronic slot machines required.
