Key Highlights of the Role:

• Foster effective communication with team members, guests, management, and vendors.
• Manage staff and client schedules to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Design in-house promotions and activities to drive sales and engage customers.
• Analyze financial reports and provide insights on revenue and expenses.
• Monitor payroll to align with budgetary goals.
• Oversee service and product margins to ensure ongoing profitability.
• Lead initiatives to boost retail sales through training and performance tracking.
• Deliver value-driven, competitive services that delight guests.
• Cultivate a team culture of problem-solving, fairness, and customer care.
• Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth, and fun for staff and guests.
• Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.
• Develop and monitor job descriptions and staff goal planning.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration OR
• An Associate of Arts Degree and four (4) years of related experience OR
• A High School Diploma with six (6) years of related experience.
• At least two (2) years of prior Spa Management experience is required.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
