Description

We are seeking an experienced Slot Lead Technician to join our team. This position requires expertise in RAM Clear, setup, and troubleshooting with all major slot machine manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with slot accounting systems for machine builds and tracking, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel spreadsheets, and word processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performs RAM Clear, setup, and troubleshooting on slot machines from major manufacturers.
  • Works with the slot accounting system for machine builds and tracking.
  • Diagnoses issues and orders the correct parts for repairs.
  • Assists the Product Manager with various aspects of slot operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with slot machines, including RAM Clear, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and word processing software.
  • Ability to work with slot accounting systems in machine builds and tracking.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to accurately order and manage replacement parts.
