Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort is a 43-story luxury resort and casino located on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, NV with a tropical South Seas theme. It is set on 120 lush acres on Las Vegas Blvd. with an 11-acre pool paradise featuring real sand and a wave pool. Property highlights include world-class entertainment at the 12,000-seat Michelob ULTRA Arena, award-winning dining by celebrity chefs and restaurateurs, Shark Reef Aquarium and the 2.1-million-square-foot Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Mandalay Bay’s offerings also include House of Blues Concert Hall and restaurant, and The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, a collection of unique boutiques and restaurants.

It is owned by Vici Properties and operated by MGM Resorts International.  It was developed by Circus Circus Enterprises and completed at a cost of $950 million. It opened on March 2, 1999, on the former site of the Hacienda hotel-casino. MGM acquired Mandalay Bay in 2005, and The Blackstone Group became a co-owner in 2020. Vici acquired MGM's ownership stake in 2022.

Mandalay Bay has 3,209 rooms, excluding the other on-site hotels. The hotel is connected to the 1,117 all-suite tower Delano Las Vegas and another 424 rooms at the Four Seasons in Mandalay Bay's main hotel tower. Both of the later hotels have shared access to the pools and the casino at Mandalay Bay. The Four Seasons has a separate entrance and lobby, two restaurants, spa and private swimming pool. 

Other amenities at Mandalay Bay include the Shark Reef Aquarium, with more than 2,000 animals on display; 100 species including 12 types of sharks, spas, salon and fitness, nearly 30 restaurants with everything from a fine-dining steakhouse and French eateries to fast-food options, over 10 bars and lounges and the 1,800-seat House of Blues. Mandalay Bay's convention center features more than two-million square feet of event and meeting space. The 11-acre pool complex, which includes a lazy river, a 1.6-million-gallon wave pool, and adults-only topless-optional Moorea Beach Club pool.  

The property's 135,000 sq. ft of gaming space features 1200 slots and video poker machines, high limit slots, table games, Bet MGM Sportsbook with VIP seating and a 10-table poker room.
