About Muckleshoot Tribal Gaming Agency

The Muckleshoot Gaming Commission acts under the authority of the Tribe and is composed of five (5) members of the Muckleshoot Tribe, all of whom may be appointed by the Tribal Council.

The Muckleshoot Tribal Gaming Agency was established to monitor the gaming activities, investigate wrongdoing, conduct background investigations, issue licenses, and perform other duties as required for the regulation and integrity of gaming on the Reservation.

Today the Muckleshoot Tribal Gaming Agency concentrates its regulatory oversight on two primary facilities: the Muckleshoot Bingo Hall and the Muckleshoot Casino.
