Responsible for assuring the network and telecom needs of Isleta Resort and Casino are met through design, implementation and maintenance of the LAN/WAN. Primarily responsible for maintaining secure and efficient operations of all company networks, network-based equipment and systems. Supports all network and telecom equipment and cabling, including Wi-Fi, fiber, Ethernet, radio and copper Works with multiple teams to provide technology solutions while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino’s team members and guests.
Position Summary: Responsible for performing custodial and other miscellaneous duties to ensure the Isleta Resort and Casino’s buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary mannerwhile promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
This position is responsible for the heavy-duty cleaning of the Isleta Resort and Casino. These duties include floor stripping/refinishing, carpet cleaning, and extraction; this also includes the Spa areas. Heavy Duty Technicians are responsible for areas that may not necessarily be maintained by the Custodial Porters. This responsibility is extended primarily to the exterior perimeter of the building extending 10’ to 20’ out and including the compactor area. All other exterior grounds and surrounding areas of the Isleta Resort and Casino are the responsibility of the Facilities Maintenance Department. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for the documentation and recording of all transactions that occur in the Cage’s Main Bank and Vault during their assigned shift; performs reconciliation to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all monies received and distributed while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.

Additionally, tasked with handling Box Office responsibilities and other entertainment-related duties.
Responsible for greeting and responding to guests’ inquiries regarding to, but not limited to, current, ongoing, and upcoming promotions, special events, and entertainment.
The primary responsibility is for efficient and proper operations of various food outlets including, but not limited Deli, Bingo, Fun Connection, Palace West, Employee Dining Room and Stewarding Operations. Responsible for maintaining, improving, and performing periodic maintenance on the water and irrigation system(s) while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for answering, routing and making reservations for a variety of calls in an inbound call center environment while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and administering the day-to-day Front Desk, Valet and Call Center operations while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations, while maintaining and enforcing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s rules of production.
