Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel brings the fun and excitement of casino gaming to Long Island visitors and residents in all parts of the New York City region. Since it fully opened in May 2017, Jake’s 58 has increased in popularity, drawing more and more gaming patrons from a wider region.

Jake’s 58 features 1,000 video lottery terminal (VLT) gaming machines, including a huge selection of electronic Blackjack, Craps, Baccarat, Roulette, Let it Ride, and Three Card Poker.  Jake’s 58 also houses four Off-Track Betting kiosks with racing simulcast monitors.

Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel has 200 guest rooms with complimentary high-speed internet service.  We offer a full range of eateries - from sophisticated ambiance to casual fare, and full-service menus to on-the-go snacking, which include an extraordinary dining experience. Bistro58 features signature dishes and guest-favorite selections with shareable plates, hand-crafted cocktails, and other contemporary touches. Additional food and beverage venues include Cuppa Coffee & Bagels, Signature Casino Bar, Jake’s To Go, and Jake’s Cafe.

We have launched a $210 million, 300,000-square-foot expansion and 225,000-square-foot renovation project at Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel in Islandia which will double the number of video lottery terminals to 2,000, triple the amount of parking and make way for upscale restaurants and new services aimed at enhancing the overall visitor experience.

Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation owns and operates Jake's 58 Casino Hotel.  It also operates four branch locations, including its flagship Racing Forum teletheater in Hauppauge.It owns and operates Jake's 58 Hotel and Casino in Islandia, under a law authorizing Suffolk OTB to run a casino with up to 1,000 slot machines.

Jake's 58 was opened in 2017 by Delaware North under license from Suffolk OTB; it was purchased by the OTB corporation in 2021 for $120 million.

Suffolk OTB also operates a major call-in center and over 45 QwikBetz locations, which are partnerships with pubs, restaurants, and card and gift shops throughout Suffolk County.
