The Game Performance Technician II is responsible for keeping all parts and inventory working in proper condition. They will also play a key role in special projects; machine moves and conversions on the gaming floor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repairs and maintains all Class II Gaming Machine Components
- Upkeeps shop tools and equipment
- Orders and keeps inventory of Gaming Machine parts
- Assists with the installation and maintenance of electronic bingo machines
- Maintains proper documentation of department repair logs, shift logs, and daily shift reports
- Safely and effectively operates shop equipment including hand tools, soldering equipment, and some electronic test equipment
- Maintains security of equipment, records, funds, warehouse locks and keys
- Consistently follows MICS, TICS and other WCH policies and procedures
- Develops and implements repair and maintenance procedures in order to proactively identify or prevent future equipment problems
- Effectively interprets game machine conditions by use of self-diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
- Performs special projects and machine moves as assigned
- Responds to floor calls in an expeditious manner and spends enough time on the floor to be familiar with operational issues
- Understands the gaming floor network, infrastructure and related system, repairs and corrects line failures
- Maintains a positive working relationship with other departments including IT, Security, Games Operations and Housekeeping
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
- Four (4) years’ experience in the repair of electronic Class II gaming devices, or equivalent work experience– required
- Working knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, and service manuals.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
- Must keep abreast of new and or improved gaming devices, software, hardware, parts etc.
- Must have ability to work in fast-paced environment while coordinating multiple tasks at one time.
- Must be willing and able to work independently.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver at least 50 lbs.
- Excellent mechanical and electronic assembly skills.
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing and able to travel and participate in training as recommended or required.
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position.
- Willing and able to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
