The Assistant Bingo Manager is responsible for assisting the bingo manager in managing the bingo department ensuring services and offerings are commensurate with guests’ expectations while consistently enforcing the established service standards.

  • Responsible for operation of the bingo department in the absence of the Bingo Manager.
  • Manages the daily operations and administrative responsibilities.
  • Assists with special events, tournaments, and marketing strategies to increase revenues.
  • Ensures bingo operations are in compliance with NIGC, Tribal policies, State Compact, and Tribal gaming regulations.
  • Assists in the execution of the Bingo department’s budget and MBOs.
  • Ensures Bingo department policies and procedures are followed by staff.
  • Assists in the developing, implementing, and evaluating goals, objectives, programs, promotions, budgets, policies, and procedures for the Bingo department.
  • Manages staff during the shift and ensures appropriate professional standards of behavior, work standards, productivity, practices, and guest care are enforced.
  • Monitors staff performance to ensure Chinook Winds Casino Resort guest service standards are achieved.
  • Ensures the Bingo department scheduling and staffing is sufficient.
  • Assists with mentoring, training, and developing staff as it relates to service and sales.
  • Fosters developing and maintaining a positive teamwork environment.
  • Handles all personnel issues in a timely manner according to Chinook Winds policies and procedures.
  • Microsoft Office intermediate level to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Four years of Bingo Supervisor experience.
  • Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
  • High School Diploma or GED

    AA or BA in Business Administration preferred.

Chinook Winds Casino Resort is located on the beautiful central Oregon coast in Lincoln City.  The stunning beachfront property is owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians of Oregon. 

The Casino offers approximately 950 class three slot machines including a high stakes section, and a smoking section with isolated air handling. Table games include Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Fortune Pai Gow Poker, Bonus LetItRide, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em. The casino also offers Keno, Sports Wagering, and a 600 seat Bingo Hall. Chinook Winds Casino Resort is proud to offer entertainment monthly, including comedy acts and signature outdoor events.

The Convention Center, located on the second floor of the casino, accommodates major indoor events like mixed martial arts competitions, national pool tournaments, art shows and large charity fundraisers, conventions and gatherings including weddings and reunions.

The Rogue River Steakhouse, located at the top of the Casino offers a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean from every table. The steakhouse serves lunch and dinner featuring Pacific Northwest selections and local wines. When the restaurants close for dining, the Rogue River Lounge heats up on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights with a Live DJ and dancing. For guests who have an appetite for a wide variety of dishes, the Siletz Bay Buffet delivers exactly that!  Our renowned “Friday Seafood Buffet” always draws a crowd.  For guests wanting a quick bite before returning to the Casino action, Euchre Creek Deli features satisfying dishes served swiftly.

In 2004, the Siletz Tribe purchased the ocean front hotel adjacent to the casino. The resort offers 243 rooms including 160 oceanfront rooms; 61 of them fireplace suites. Guests at Chinook Winds hotel are just a few sandy steps away from the beach and stunning sunsets. The hotel features 7,500 square feet of meeting space, and a complimentary shuttle to the front door of the casino. Also, in the hotel complex is “Chinook’s Seafood Grill,” which features a stunning low-bank view of the beach and a menu that highlights fresh seafood.

In 2005, the Resort was expanded further with the addition of a nearby 79-acre golf course, Chinook Winds Golf Course. The 18hole property includes a proshop, the only indoor driving range on the Oregon Coast, fitness center, Aces Sports Bar & Grill, and meeting rooms.
