Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Oversee the planning and execution of effective marketing communications to internal and external stakeholders for all planned promotions, offers, and events
• Oversee players club and player development operations to ensure alignment with all marketing goals and initiatives
• Ensure that all marketing operations are functioning within defined operating procedures, internal controls and state gaming regulations.
• Maintain working knowledge of and maximize use of all systems, including, but not limited to website, mobile applications and players club promotional systems
• Maintain strong working relationship with key vendors, regulatory agencies and center led corporate marketing resources to maximize benefit to property
• Track and analyze the performance of individual promotions to ensure the maximization of revenues
• Provide marketing expertise and leadership within the marketing department and committees
• Determine and implement paid and organic traditional and social media strategy with internal and external agency partners
• Manage the marketing promotions budget and player reinvestment to ensure optimum ROI on programming
