Job Overview: Oversees assigned table activity (two to four tables) to include game activity, game integrity, player strategy, all cash and chip transactions, and dealer performance. Engages in and promotes positive guest interaction by all team members in their pit area and ensures that guest service standards are met. This position will work part-time, weekends on our swing shift from 8pm/9pm-4am/5am.

Maintains adherence with set guest service standards. Answers inquiries and informs guests of ongoing promotions. Authorizes complimentaries for guests subject to prescribed amounts. Ensures all guests are compliant of legal age requirements to game.
- Resolve guest disputes in a manner that meets regulatory requirements balanced with guest service standards.
- Enters and tracks player buy-in information in the electronic tracking systems. Daily monitoring of MTL and CTR banned lists. Acts in accordance to regulatory compliance through the monitoring and reporting of Title 31.
- Monitors dealer activities in the Table Games pit. Ensures that Table Games Dealers comply with gaming policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with all procedures. Coaches and motivates team members on concerns pertaining to performance, errors, or behavior.
- Responsible for on-going team member training and development. Identifies skill deficiencies and works with individual developing a working plan to succeed.
- Prepares notes for performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Collaborates, prepares and delivers Annual Performance Reviews for Table Games Dealers.
- Conducts quarterly One-on-One meetings with assigned team members.
- Ensures all gaming equipment is in working order and reports deficiencies to Table Games Pit Manager.
- Maintains security of card and key controls. Counts cards at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure all cards are accounted for. Has responsibility for signing in pit key at the beginning of each shift and ensuring its security.
- Maintains the order and cleanliness of the tables in assigned section.
- Monitors guests in accordance with Alcohol Plan and TIPs requirements. Reports the identity of guests to surveillance for the Alcohol No Serve List.
- Supervises on-the-floor training for new Table Games Dealers. Recommends promotion or retraining of dealers as needed.
- Maintains appropriate chip levels for assigned tables. Orders and authorizes chip fills and credits.

Required to be proficient in advantage play and card counting recognition. Reports suspicious activity to Surveillance and Pit Manager.

Oversees assigned tables activity to ensure the integrity of games. Authorizes and observes cash and chip transactions. Checks for suspicious play and corrects procedural violations.
Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUMEDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School graduate or GED.
- One year of Table Games experience.
- Knowledge of currency transaction reporting (CTR), suspicious activity reporting (SAR), basic math skills, and pass bi-annual Basic Strategy test.
- Working knowledge of department policies and gaming procedures.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be proficient with gaming computer systems for complex data entry and information retrieval.
- Self-guided leader, creative, responsible, high-energy, eager to work with other departments and independently.
- Willingness to actively contribute in an array of projects as requested; eager to learn new skills.
