Slot Performance Manager

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a Slot Performance Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing our slot tech team. This will include reviewing slot performance reports, preparing machine maintenace schedules, reviewing the layout of the machines on the gaming floor, building relationships with vendors and working closely with our internal slots department to ensure that all of the machines are perorming well. 

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 – $92,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Collect and analyze data from slot machines to evaluate performance metrics such as player engagement, revenue per machine, and uptime.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights based on machine performance, utilization trends, and customer behavior.
  • Utilize data to identify opportunities for game optimization, maintenance schedules, and marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve machine performance and operational efficiency.

More about you

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing or supervising slot operations, performance analysis or a slot technical department is required. 
  • Slot Technician experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21years old.
  • Mechanical skills and the ability to pass electronics troubleshooting test.
  • Knowledgeable of gaming floor operations, machine denomination, machine pay tables, and related machine types.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from guests and associates.
  • Computer, math, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to use email, intranet and internet effectively.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures and complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
  • Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • The ability to obtain an Arkansas Gaming License.
  • No degree required.

Physical requirements

  • Ability to walk, stand, sit and kneel during the entire length of shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to work in smoky areas and high noise levels
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
