Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Manage the overall performance of sports betting operations, ensuring offerings are competitive, innovative, and meet guest expectations 
• Drive optimization of the sports betting experience, maximizing revenue and customer engagement across all platforms, and oversee the budgeting process to control costs while maintaining service quality 
• Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying areas for cost-saving, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth opportunities 
• Develop and execute the content strategy for both retail and mobile sports betting, collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure engaging, innovative, and compliant content 
• Manage relationships with third-party content and data providers to enhance sportsbook offerings and keep them competitive, and identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency, technology, and customer support 
• Monitor costs associated with running the sportsbook, including technology, personnel, and marketing, and ensure all activities are compliant with regulations
