Under direct supervision of the Operations Maintenance Supervisor, performs the overall custodial functions and cleanliness of the Pueblo of Sandia and related facilities, including heavy cleaning, in accordance with management directives. Responsible for the overall financial reporting process of Sandia Resort & Casino, Bien Mur Indian Market Center, Bien Mur Travel Center and Sandia Lakes (referred to as the “Enterprises”). Directs the financial policies and enforcement of the Sandia Casino System of Internal Controls and the Standard Operating Procedures relative to the Accounting Department. Directs the operational functions of the Accounting Department. Designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data for financial reporting purposes. Collaborates with the Enterprise management teams and the CFO on strategic plans for short and long-term success of the tribal enterprises.
Under the direction of the General Manager of Gaming Operations, the Director of Slot Operations supervises, administers and coordinates all Sandia Casino slot operations.
Dispatches tribal law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other tribal service units to emergency and non-emergency scenes/calls; provides responders with complete and accurate information to ensure officer safety and prompt response. Communicates with other outside agencies both by radio and telephone as needed.

Under direct supervision of the Facilities Supervisor the Electrician performs new electrical installation and electrical repairs in the Casino and related facilities in accordance with management directives. Electrical duties also encompass minor repair work at the BIA offices and any other Pueblo location when required.
Under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, oversees the maintenance operation activities of the Facilities department staff. Responsible for tracking material & labor costs for all work performed. Responsible for ensuring safe work practices and company safety policies are followed. Responsible for equipment and tools necessary to perform such work. Responsible for managing workload and setting staff priorities. Supervisor required to work with staff when necessary.
