JOB PURPOSE: Under direct oversight of the Tribal Council and Governor, the Chief Executive Officer manages the gaming and hotel operations and related facilities in accordance with the approved business plan and in accordance with all pertinent and relevant tribal, state and federal laws, regulations, compact, ordinances, minimum internal controls standards relating to Gaming Compliance and Regulation.
Responsible for all guests needs or requests including checking-in and checking-out guests while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests.
Responsible for analyzing guest requests and providing day-to-day support for all internal computer customers while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests. Occasionally assists the Technical Services Manager in assuring all computer systems, telecommunications, and information processing activities are fully operational and performing in accordance with company requirements.
Responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests 21 years of age or older. Responsible for maintaining a clean and attractive beverage service area. Must be able to handle all guest requests.
Responsible for maintaining, improving, and performing periodic maintenance on the water and irrigation system(s) while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for answering, routing and making reservations for a variety of calls in an inbound call center environment while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and administering the day-to-day Front Desk, Valet and Call Center operations while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations, while maintaining and enforcing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s rules of production.
Responsible for providing courteous valet parking, transportation and luggage services while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests.
Responsible for analyzing, documenting and coordinating projects for specific business needs while working with key stakeholders. Coordinates efforts for system and user administration to ensure the reliability, availability, integrity and security of data within the IT infrastructure. Provides technical support for the Resort and Casino while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for the day-to-day technical maintenance of all slot machines located on the gaming floor or elsewhere while providing World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.
Responsible for the setup, operation, and closing of all front of the house snack bar areas, including food preparation, food service and dining areas. Must be able to handle all guest requests.
The primary responsibility is for efficient and proper operations of various food outlets including, but not limited Deli, Bingo, Fun Connection, Palace West, Employee Dining Room and Stewarding Operations. Exhibit knowledge of product lines, prices and full awareness of safety, Sanitary laws and regulations. Provides efficient and smooth customer service according to the standards required by the Isleta Resort and Casino. While promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for maintaining the physical appearance, safety, and cleanliness of the Isleta Resort and Casino’s hotel facility while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guests’ rooms and common areas while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employee and guests.
Responsible for assuring the network and telecom needs of Isleta Resort and Casino are met through design, implementation and maintenance of the LAN/WAN. Primarily responsible for maintaining secure and efficient operations of all company networks, network-based equipment and systems. Supports all network and telecom equipment and cabling, including Wi-Fi, fiber, Ethernet, radio and copper Works with multiple teams to provide technology solutions while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino’s team members and guests.
