Compensation: $60,000

Description
  • Creates and monitors employee schedules
  • Assists with interviewing and hiring staff
  • Supervises the daily activities of the Electronic Technicians.
  • Responsible for the repair of all electronic related gaming equipment including the casino monitoring system.
  • Analyzes any gaming electronic equipment malfunctions and may repair the same when necessary. Schedules and evaluates staff. 
  • Assists and coordinates the design, development, and training of gaming related electronic systems.
  • Ensures all electronic systems are in compliance with the regulatory commission and casino internal controls.
  • Inventories and orders all electronic parts. 
  • Ultimate responsibility for the maintenance, repair, installation, removal and inventory of all gaming machines, slot machines, bases, chairs and parts for all of the casino.
  • Promotes outstanding guest relations.
  • Must be knowledgeable and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and internal control protocols.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma (or GED) and a minimum of a two year electronics technical training is required. (Associate’s Degree or equivalent in related field) and three (10) years of electronic experience.
  • Ability to repair and maintain electronic gaming equipment.
  • Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation required.
  • Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.
  • Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Certifications/ Licesnes/ Other: 

  • Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions
  • Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Gaming License
